1. None of our ESTATE planning services are billed on an hourly basis. Everything we do together is billed at a flat rate and agreed to in advance, so there are never any billing surprises. You’ll know exactly what it will cost to work with us. After we get a clear picture of your needs and goals, you will choose your own fee. Then, after the initial planning process, there are options available for you to choose from so that you can ensure your plan stays up to date throughout your lifetime, and again you’ll know exactly what that costs and choose your own fee there as well.
2. Communication is the foundation of every good relationship. We do not ever want you to feel like you are not important to us, or that your voice is not heard. We can schedule time weekly throughout this process to touch base and address any questions or concerns you have along the way. In addition to that, once your plan is finalized, we can get together, virtually or in person, with the key people identified in your plan so that they will not be faced with any uncertainty when the time comes for them to implement your plan.
3. We focus on the things most important to you! Once we understand your biggest priorities, we will discuss all the options available to you. We will provide you with all the information you need concerning the state’s plan, a will-based plan, and a trust-based plan so you are equipped with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions about the design of your ESTATE plan.
